We are pleased to announce that this months member spotlight is Dr. Nick Christians of Iowa State University. Dr. Christians recently announced his retirement after 40+ years of shaping future
athletic field managers. He was awarded an SFMA founders award, the William H. Daniel, in 2021 and is one of the few current faculty that knew Dr. Daniel personally. SFMA congratulates Dr. Christians on his retirement and gives a huge thank you for doing so much for the sports field industry.
