This interactive presentation will provide a thorough overview of ongoing chemical and cultural management trials conducted at MSU. Attendees will be guided through ongoing trials by Drs. Jay McCurdy, Maria Tomaso-Peterson, Barry Stewart, and Hongxu Dong. Topics covered include crabgrass, buttonweed and goosegrass control, an introduction to the turfgrass breeding program with a specific focus on bermudagrass breeding, 2019 NTEP program test overview and 2018 NTEP program test results on low input warm season grasses, preemergence herbicides for St. Augustinegrass grow-in and turfgrass drought tolerance information.
